KINDERGARTEN ROUND-UP
Kindergarten Round-Up is a one-day program for prospective Kindergarten
students who have applied to our school. Parents will have an opportunity
to visit the Kindergarten classroom and learn more about our creative
Kindergarten program. Your child will be given a glimpse of the Kindergarten
environment: see the room, meet the teacher, mingle with other prospective
Kindergartners, and participate in an authentic assessment that extends
from a children’s picture book. The children will participate
in a variety of activities that demonstrate skills related to their
development and readiness.
The program is intended to assess prospective students as accurately
as possible with regards to their strengths and abilities. Invitations
to Kindergarten Round-Up will be sent only to those families who
have completed the application process. Please understand that we
will only assess students who have applied to our program. Students
who do not complete an application by the date of Kindergarten Round-Up
will be assessed at a later time.
